Our absolute favorite sushi spot! Service here is great and the food never disappoints. The rolls hit the spot every single time and the flavors are the same as we remember each time we come. Our favorite and always a must are the alligator and Tokyo roll. We'll also usually order a roll of their monthly special list.

We had a great experience for my birthday dinner. My friend recommended it and it was well worth it. Portions are great, the servers were very accommodating and they even give you a lighted crown for your birthday. It was such a fun place.

Love coming to this place. Food is always so good and better quality than Benihana. Service is great they put on a great show. Ambiance is nice and has different areas if you don't want to do Hibachi.

We really enjoyed our meal here, they have a great selection and offer regular dining or hibachi. Service was good and food was delicious. We are so happy this is in our neighborhood and will be returning for more often!

Decent sushi. 5 star food. Service was a 2 star at best, and really made the experience unpleasant. We went there on a busy Saturday night. The place was 90% full. Pretty packed. We sat on the sushi bar side , which was much quieter than the hibachi side. We could hear the dinner crowds Ooooh and aaahing and can see the hibachi chefs entertaining their customers. Everything looked really fun and lovely. We'd definitely try it the next time the kids want hibachi. For tonight's dinner, we got a bento box and a few sushi rolls. The food overall was solid and tasted fine. The sushi rice was a bit mushy and had a gluey consistency. The service was just off, and borderline offensive, with the server slamming down our drinks and plates frantically/ angrily. Some of the drinks splattered on us, and the food was plated beautifully as it was brought out, but it was slammed on the table, and the food fell all over the plate, so it looked like mess of scraps thrown on the plate. It was just odd. Not friendly at all. Our waitress kept walking away before we could finish putting the order in. At one point we needed two things and she turned and walked away before I could finish asking for the second napkin. I literally had to talk to her back. Overall, the service really gave the dinner a weird, uncomfortable vibe. We might come back and give it another try, but first impression was not the best.

*FATHERS DAY* We called for a last minute reservation and lucked out with a spot in regular dining (sushi) Kobe has 2 dining areas and a bar area -- 1 dining for sushi, and 1 dining for habachi. It was packed, and under staffed. Being a holiday, I went with the flow as much as possible. Which was a bit hard to do with a toddler lol. We ordered the kids bento which comes with 2 entree choices and rice. We chose chicken karrage or "chicken nuggets" and shrimp tempura. It's served in a boat which my 3 yr old loved. Huge portions considering its a kids size. We ordered the Ocean Roll from their Kobe special rolls, and a mix of sashimi. The quality of the fish is great, probably one of the better ones around the area. The Saba and Hotate were my favorites. Prices are on par with good sushi around the area, maybe even less? I'd love to come back here to try habachi bc as much as I like Benihana, I also hate it - and this place seems like a strong alternate option! I can't rate on their service given the holiday but I WILL say if you're not going to answer the phone during a busy night, take it off the hook/ turn it on silent. We heard the phone ring non stop the entire 1.5hrs we were there.
